Privacy Policy

Information and purposes
Kiddali handles verified sign-in identity, name, role, optional parent contact details, service and vehicle information, child name, grade and school, pickup/drop-off pins, authorized connections, trip events, messages, notification tokens, payment references, and limited device or error diagnostics. These support account operation, authorized school-service coordination, billing, security, and support. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
Driver location and family pins
Driver GPS is collected for active school-service trips, including when the app is minimized or the screen is locked if permissions allow it. Approved parents receive relevant trip information subject to feature eligibility; a child's position is inferred from the service trip, not independently verified. Family pins are used by the family and authorized provider for pickup and drop-off. Device location permission is separate from agreement to the terms; disabling it can make tracking unavailable.
Authorized sharing and providers
Relevant information is shared with approved family and provider connections, authorized support or administrators where necessary, and providers such as Google Maps, Firebase, PayMongo, and cloud hosting. Processing may involve systems outside the Philippines, subject to applicable safeguards and law. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; Kiddali uses transaction references. Kiddali does not sell personal information.
Children's information
Accounts are for authorized adults. Parents and guardians must have authority to provide and share a child's information; providers must use it only for school-service purposes. Limit information to what is needed. Request correction, disconnection, or deletion through available controls or Support, subject to lawful restrictions.
Security, retention, and agreement records
Kiddali uses authenticated access and technical controls designed to protect data, but cannot promise absolute security. Information is retained only as needed for service, support, security, disputes, and legal or transaction requirements. Deletion may require limited retention of those records and does not remove copies already lawfully received by another party. We record the authenticated account, accepted document versions, confirmed authority, and server timestamp of signup agreement for accountability and dispute handling.
Rights and choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable, manage device permissions, and raise a privacy complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Rights are subject to applicable law and identity checks. Withdrawal of necessary processing may stop the affected service. Optional marketing requires a separate choice and is not a condition of signup. Use Support or Account Deletion while formal privacy contacts remain unfilled.
