Request account deletion

Use the same email or mobile number associated with your Kiddali account.

Submitting this form starts the account-deletion process. We may contact you to verify ownership and safely resolve any active child or school-service connection.

What will be deleted

After verification, Kiddali will delete or de-identify your account profile, profile photo, active service connections, notification tokens, and personal app data that is no longer required.

What may be retained

Limited trip, safety, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required, then deleted or de-identified when the retention period ends. Deletion does not remove records held independently by a school or transport provider.

Account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to the parent or driver account after the request is completed.
